HI/AL was founded in 1992 and has since become the technical and operational unit of Handicap International - Humanité & Inclusion (HI), specialising in the delivery of aid in support of humanitarian organisations and the H2H (Humanitarian to Humanitarian) humanitarian system, providing HI with expertise in supporting the logistical organisation of relief efforts.
As a humanitarian player, HI/AL's mission is to maximise the impact of aid by optimising supply chains and opening up humanitarian space to the hardest-to-reach populations, in complex contexts of acute and chronic crises. In 2025, Atlas Logistique will be operating in 15 countries.

Since 2008, Agence du Don en Nature has been fighting material insecurity by collecting new non-food products from companies and redistributing them to nonprofit organizations supporting people in vulnerable situations (social and solidarity grocery stores, child protection facilities, shelters, day centers, etc.).
In 2024, 9 million products (hygiene items, childcare products, cleaning supplies, clothing, school supplies, toys, household equipment, etc.) were distributed to more than 1,300 nonprofit organizations across France.
