The Logistics Fresco: an educational workshop

Why should you take part?

This fun and educational workshop is designed to raise awareness of the environmental consequences of the supply chain, with the aim of getting employees on board for the transition on a massive scale!

Who is it for?

All employees involved in the logistics sector, from operational staff to managers. The fresco is also a tool to help students understand the challenges of the supply chain.

What was the background to the Fresco?

Created at the instigation of the members of Club Déméter, this fresco seeks to raise awareness of the environmental challenges facing the sector and to translate them into concrete action on the ground.

Since its launch at SITL 2024, Club Demeter has carried out 900 awareness campaigns.

The city delivery fresco: a discovery workshop

A 1-hour immersive workshop to explore a fun, collaborative tool designed to raise awareness of the challenges of sustainable urban logistics.

Who is it for and why should you take part?

This engaging tool introduces the interdependencies of urban logistics. Immerse yourself in a real-life, hands-on consultation scenario involving urban logistics stakeholders.
Transport operators, retailers, citizens, and local authorities — will you be able to defend your character’s arguments while working toward a compromise?

The concept

The canvas brings together 7 complementary activities, enabling future urban logistics professionals and newcomers alike to gradually build their knowledge while encouraging active participation through varied approaches.

It was developed as part of the InTerLUD+ Energy Savings Certificate program (Territorial Innovation for Sustainable Urban Logistics), drawing on consultations conducted across different regions.

For the event, we have selected 4 of the 7 activities, centered around four key themes:
✔️ Sharing road space in a constrained urban environment
✔️ The need for stakeholder consultation to optimize urban logistics actions
✔️ The concept of compromise
✔️ Social and environmental impacts
