The recent Covid-19 epidemic has forced many trade shows to postpone their events. The SITL team is closely following the evolution of the health situation and is actively working to offer the conditions for a safe participation for all its participants.

The 2020 edition has been transformed into the Digital SITL. It was held in June 2020, with over 94% of exhibitors. This is a strong sign of confidence from all the players in the sector.

This is why SITL 2022 will include a stronger digital dimension and confirms that this event is not a trade show like any other, offering broader and multi-temporal solutions to be as close as possible to the expectations of its community.  

The Innovation Ceremony will take place on Thursday 7 April 2022, from 4.10 to 6 pm, in the Atrium. During this edition you will discover the winners!

In 2022, the 22nd edition of the Innovation Awards will be dedicated to transport, logistics and the supply chain.

The juries, made up of leading decision-makers from industry and distribution, have rewarded the most innovative projects from among the fifty or so solutions submitted.

The candidates were divided into 4 categories: Transport and Logistics Services, Intralogistics Robotics & Automation, IoT Technologies & Information Systems and finally Packaging & Pallet.

The Start-up Contest will be back for its 8th edition! This contest is a testament to the dynamism of the entrepreneurs who are imagining the transport and logistics of tomorrow. It is a springboard for the emergence of tomorrow's talent. The jury is there to advise and encourage them to develop their innovation. 

This year again, we are expecting around twenty Start-Ups to compete for the Jury Prize.

The jurors will deliberate on 18th March 2022 to select eight Start-Ups! 

If you wish to attend the different pitches during the Final, it will be held on Thursday 7th April at 11am ! 

The winners will be announced during the Ceremony, Thursday 7th April , from 12am to 12.30am.

When you registered, you received a confirmation email including your badge and your visa letter.

Your invitation letter will be presented to the French consulate or embassy in your country, which will then issue you a visa.          

It is important to note that you must order your badge before proceeding with this procedure.

A cloakroom is provided, located at the reception. The deposit for each item is 2€.

The access badge costs €70 (incl. VAT) online and €100 on site.

Due to sanitary measures, in order to guarantee an optimal control of our gauges and to ensure your safe arrival, we ask you to order your badge on the Internet by following the link below:

Your badge is valid for the 3 days of SITL22.  It gives you access to the different areas, to the Conferences & Workshops, to the thematic visit routes (Virtual Routes) and to the various installations.

Remember to print your badge before your visit!

When you order a badge, you can also order badges for your employees, at the "Summary" stage, by clicking on the "Edit or add colleagues" button.

In order to secure the personal data of each of your collaborators, it is necessary to communicate a unique email address for each of them. This email address will be required to activate their badge.

When registering online, you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Due to sanitary measures, we ask you to order your badge on our website. This allows us to guarantee an optimal control of our gauges and to ensure your safe arrival.

Your badge is personal and non-transferable. You will be asked for it each time you enter and leave the various exhibition areas. When you leave the exhibition, please deposit your badge in the recycling bins provided for this purpose.

We invite you to check first that the email has not arrived in your junk mail. Then send us an email to Helpdesk and we will reply within 48 hours.

The SITL is not free unless you have an invitation. We advise you to get in touch with one of our exhibitors. Each exhibitor has a quota of free invitations.

It is free of charge upon presentation to the receptionists of your student card with at least one year of higher education. Proper dress is required. Group size: maximum 10 people with one accompanying person.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if the above information is not respected.

Free admission upon presentation to the hostesses of a valid Pôle Emploi document.

You will find adapted checkouts for people with reduced mobility. All the stands with floors are equipped with an access ramp.

Safety and health protocol

In application of the sanitary rules in force, access to the exhibition for visitors will be conditioned by the presentation of an up-to-date Health Pass*. This Sanitary Pass allows visitors to prove that they have been vaccinated against Covid-19, that they have had a negative test for less than 48 hours or that they are immune to an infection dating from more than 15 days to less than 6 months. It will have a QR code and can be contained in a smartphone or on a paper document. The European Medicines Agency has, to date, issued authorisations for the following vaccines: BioNTech and Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Janssen Pharmaceutica SA. For all participants, beyond our admission policy, we recommend to download the TousAntiCovid application, to be vaccinated or to present a negative test less than 48 hours old.

The security arrangements within the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre (VIPARIS) include:

  • A general reinforcement of the control teams on all the exhibition sites and the external common areas
  • The search of all visitors' and exhibitors' bags at each entrance to the exhibition centre
  • The presence of security guards on the outdoor common areas of the exhibition centre
  • The presence of physiognomists at the entrances to the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre
